I work with late-diagnosed autistic and AuDHD adults who've spent most of their lives masking. If you're newly diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out — and you're looking for someone who gets it — this space is for you.
Three formats: Listening Calls (phone), Cozy Zoom Conversations (video), and Quiet Sessions (phone or Zoom) for when words feel like too much. Each one comes in 30-minute or 50-minute options. Written support by text and email is coming soon.
Pick your session type, choose your length, and book directly through the website. You'll get a confirmation email with everything you need before we connect.
No. I offer peer support and supportive coaching conversations — not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. I'm a trained listener with lived experience, not a licensed clinician. Some of my clients are also in therapy; some aren't. Both are fine.
Yes. Every session type is available in 30-minute and 50-minute options. Pick whatever feels right — there's no pressure to commit to the longer one.
Yes. Everything is virtual, so I work with clients anywhere in the United States. You just need a phone or an internet connection.
That's exactly what Quiet Sessions are for. You can sit in silence, stim, draw, or just exist in the same space with someone safe. There's no expectation to fill the time with words.

Absolutely. You are encouraged to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, including pets, fidgets, blankets, or drinks.
Yes. A lot of my clients are in exactly that spot. This isn't a substitute for clinical care, but it's real support while you wait — or while you figure out whether traditional therapy is even what you need.
I'm not equipped to handle crisis situations or provide clinical guidance. If you're in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741). Your safety always comes first.
