Your space, your way.
Phone, Zoom, or quiet presence — every session is private, one-on-one, and built around how you actually communicate. Pick the format that fits, book the length that feels right, and show up exactly as you are. No scripts, no small talk, no performing.
You've spent years editing yourself — rehearsing sentences, masking reactions, apologizing for how your brain works. Here, that stops. You don't need to tone it down.
A late diagnosis doesn't mean a late start. It means you've been navigating without a map. Now you have one — and there's no timeline for figuring out what it means.
Millions of adults are discovering who they've been all along. That's not a flaw in the system. That's the system finally catching up to you.
Step 1: Reach Out → Send a message or just say hello. Tell me what you're looking for — or don't. There's no wrong way to start, and it can all happen over email if that feels easier.
Step 2: We Check the Fit → A short email exchange or a quick conversation — your choice. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just two humans figuring out if this feels right for you.
Step 3: Gentle Onboarding → A welcome email explaining exactly how everything works. A simple digital agreement to sign. No jargon, no overwhelm, no long forms.
Step 4: Support Begins → Your first session gets booked and we go from there. No rush. No deadlines. No expectations. Just a space that's yours whenever you need it.
I'm Valerie, founder of Ears 4 Listening — a virtual peer support space for late-diagnosed autistic and AuDHD adults. I offer one-on-one listening sessions by phone and Zoom from Los Angeles, serving clients across the United States. I bring lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman and formal training in mental health advocacy and nonprofit counseling.
No diagnoses, no treatment plans, no clinical assessments. Just peer support grounded in lived experience and training.
No unsolicited advice, no "have you tried..." suggestions, no steering you toward a solution you didn't ask for. I listen. You lead.
Stim, go quiet, circle back, lose your train of thought, sit in silence for ten minutes. There's no wrong way to show up here.
No referral needed, no intake packet, no jumping through hoops or prerequisites. If you want support, you're welcome to book.
